You can request deletion of your Fix The Mix account and all associated data at any time. You don't need to have the app installed, or to be signed in, to request it.

How to request it

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in details (email, name).
• Your progress: XP, ranks, streaks, scores and collectibles.
• Your saved mixes and Mix Space projects.
• Your newsletter subscription, if you signed up.

What we keep, and why

Billing records for a Pro subscription are kept for as long as tax law requires (typically several years) — that's a legal obligation, not something we can delete on request. Aggregated, anonymised usage data that can no longer identify you may also remain.

Timeline

We acknowledge the request within 30 days at most, and complete the deletion within that same window. The process is irreversible: your progress cannot be recovered afterwards.

If you only want to stop using it

Deleting your account isn't the only option and isn't always the one you want. Fix The Mix can be used without an account: the training, the tools and the guides all work the same as a guest, though progress stops syncing across devices. If it's the newsletter bothering you, every email carries its unsubscribe link. And if it's personalised advertising, that's managed from your cookie preferences without touching the account.
